We met Sue in our search for a rental in 2007 when we were planning our move from Perth Western Australia to Oceanside. Sue went out of her way to assist us right from the start. Although we ended up finding a rental through an ad in the local paper, Sue tried numerous options for us – she really tried hard to find us somewhere to live. What made Sue stand out was that she kept in touch with us all through our moving process and the birth of our second child – she remembered when he was due and we was nicely surprised when we received an e-mail from her a couple of days after he was born.
Once we arrived in Oceanside I knew right away that Sue would work the hardest to find us the house we wanted to buy. Buying a house is stressful but Sue made the process a lot more enjoyable and we were able to get the home we wanted with minimal stress and at a price we were happy with. In addition to her kindness and hard work, she provided an information package which we found extremely helpful.We had never lived in BC and it saved us a great deal of time.
Her attention to detail and her professional manner gave us confidence through the home-buying process. We would not hesitate to recommend Sue (and we often do) and will certainly engage her services in the future.
I often wonder why Sue rarely advertises, but now I know why!

We can’t resist telling everyone we know, and some we only just met what a terrific Realtor Sue Tompkins is. We knew Sue long before she ever became a Realtor and were always impressed by her dedication to her family and the community. Sue always worked in sport programs with her children as a volunteer, cheerful, willing and helpful. So, naturally when Sue became a Realtor and we wanted to sell and buy, we immediately thought of her to do our business for us in an ethical, detailed and successful manner.

Sue didn’t disappoint us; she gave us a comparative market evaluation for our property telling us the truth about how long it might take to sell in a falling market. We sold in a desperate market for within 2.8% of the price Sue had told us we could expect with no haggling.

Next we needed to purchase and again Sue came through researching exactly what we needed, where we wanted to be and within the price range we could afford to pay.

Sue is one Realtor I would trust with my most valuable investment and I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to recommend her to anyone who wants truth, exceptional heads up for detail and dogged determination to get what a person wants.
